Four Mansions Hotel

Front desk staff are very kind and breakfast was delicious.

While the rooms are non-smoking, the property is not smoke-free. Cigarette smoke is apparent in the rooms in the evening, which is unpleasant.

If you are looking for a unique property this is it! Breakfast, staff,shuttle pick up, room, location- all amazing !! We walked to the bus to go skiing from the hotel.

Nice hotel. In quiet location (except for the music at a restaurant/club next door, which the reception warned us about at check in--it was not that bad actually, because we go to bed late). Room was average size, bed comfortable. Had to leave early, so staff fixed us a breakfast to go.

Kind of away from shopping.

Very nice hotel in a renovated Armenian mansion with large and clean rooms with friendly and helpful employees. They serve an excellent breakfast with many things to choose from. Parking is easy and free. The hotel is a bit hard to find but we had no trouble when using a map. The hotel is located close to the old city, bazaar and castle. All are in walking distance. I want to thank especially one person we met during breakfast. I forgot her name but she is very helpful and full of energy (and speaks German very well). I'm sure you will see her.

The only thing I regret is that I did not stay longer.

Staff were super friendly, and helped with parking which was a little tricky. Great location, and they told us about the 'Cultural Road' that starts nearby and takes you through a great loop through Kayseri showing all the key sights. We had to leave early for the airport and they packed an early sandwich breakfast for us... Very kind!

Parking was a bit tricky (multiple entrances with gates), but if you call via WhatsApp they can help, or just park nearby and walk in and someone will help! Not sure if we got an older or newer rooms, but the roof was quite low and tall people may struggle ? The bed was also a little short for a 1.9m person. We had a few mosquitos in the room when we opened windows to cool down, but that may have been just bad luck (and I note there was air conditioning we could have used instead).

Everything was as advertised. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was extraordinary.

The bath tube in the room was a bit disturbing. Maybe a cultural difference.

Stunning, spacious, and well appointed room - very clean and comfortable. Great location and close to restaurants. mattress and pillows.

Food was nice but quite slow at in-house restaurant. Allow extra time for taxi pickup and drop-off as location was a little difficult to access.

The rooms are in a restored historical mansion, very clean and well kept, comfortable bed. The staff speaks good English, very responsive and helpful. Kayseri is probably worth spending 1-2 days max, but the hotel is central and provides easy access to the main sites.

Amazing old architecture, quirky place, our room was up quite a few steps so not very suitable if you have mobility issues but otherwise fun

Warm-hearted team, perfect service, beautiful location

Facilities and rooms generally very nice and spacious. It was a Ramadan period and the hotel restaurant was not fully functional, but still the staff took care of us and offered a very nice dinners. We spent in the hotel 5 nights, Merve and Esra were always there and we felt in good hands, one of the best hosts I have ever experienced.

Location of the hotel is good, but the neighborhood from one side looks quite dirty, the other side was nice. Access to the hotel by car first time was a little confusing.

Lovely to stay in a characterful historic looking building close to the centre of Kayseri. Staff were all charming, hotel was super clean, nice breakfast, parking is easy. The room was huge and nicely decorated.

Nothing much! If you are travelling with anyone frail then do ask for a ground floor room - our room was up several steep steps with limited hand holds.

An historical Kayseri house restored for a hotel, very original and unique in comparison to most hotels. Staff were great, super polite and helpful, and they manage to make you feel home. I definitely would visit again, especially in summer, as it has a lot more to offer

May be the rooms can have more lights, specially for the mirror as we found it dark.

We appreciated the efforts put into the renovation and furnishing of the hotel that now give it a unique charm.We had a spacious unit with 3 beds that was a perfect size for a family of 4.The location is central in Kayseri, however we were driving to Erciyes daily (around 30 mins each way) and didn't have much time to explore the town.Personnel is very friendly and always willing to help.

Not much, just note if you have limited mobility this place may not be best for you.

I liked this hotel, the atmosphere inside, the personel, breakfast… everything. I really enjoyed time spending there. The way I was treated and met with small but valuable presents they gave me (photos attached). While sleeping in my room I felt that I was sleeping in one of the rooms of the Dolmabahce Sarayi and it was amazing! I strongly recommend this hotel and hope that I will return soon.
